In many cases the aggressor's attack comes from behind. His arms are wrapped all around the victim. Their long arms are usually targeting the chest, the abdomen, around the neck or in a full nelson. In this scenario, the victim's arms can either be rendered or pinned. Today we will be showing you how to be a dangerous to your opponent. And we will follow-up on the effectiveness of this self-defense technique.

In a Martial Arts class you will be taught to escape from the behind. The victim's arms may not affect you at all and the attacker may think that he's already won because they have the upper hand. Well, I want to let you know that there are several techniques you can do in order to release yourself and incapacitate your attacker. However, depending on the movement, the victim would need to determine which technique to deliver.

The most common and the most simple Martial Arts self-defense technique to deliver is a stomp at the top of your aggressor's foot, as this can easily break those small bones immensely causing pain that results to release. A quick pin may cause them to hurt and once again will result to release. Another simple yet effective strategy is to smash the back of your head in to your attacker's nose or face will work just fine. Remember such actions are not to be conducted in mock situations. Only use self-defense mechanisms such as these when you have almost no other alternative.

A very dangerous tactic against an attacker is rarely taught in the Martial Arts School due to its intensive and frightening result. This self-defense technique can badly injure your training partner if not properly administered. This style or technique would need a firm grasp of your attacker's arms and performing a somersault or in lay man's term a front roll. And then tuck his head closely to your chest leaving them no room for air; this is a vulnerable position for them because they cannot estimate their fall. This technique can easily smash their face in to the ground leaving their noses, jaws or even their facial bones. If so much force is applied, there's a great chance that their neck is broken as well. Be very cautious when using this technique. And again, this art is not to be used unless the person is in extreme case situations. Whenever you could, try to solve personal fights and battles other than through dangerous acts like these.
